Membership Agreement

When you buy a membership subscription, you are agreeing to recurring payments based on the term (e.g., monthly, annual) you selected.

Automatic Renewal

Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal period. We keep your payment details secure.

How to Cancel or Change

You can cancel subscriptions by contacting our Support Team by email or phone to make any changes or cancellations and to complete the necessary account verification at least 15 calendar days in advance.

Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date.

Early Cancellation Fee

If you cancel a subscription before the end of the term, fees for the month enrollment is cancelled will be forfeited. Our Support Team will help you process this.

Refund Policy

Proportional fees will be refunded for upfront payment subscriptions following the month subscription is cancelled.
